USA Cycling mulling move (Canada)

USA Cycling officials have set a Dec. 15 deadline for their 48-employee organization, which is considering new Colorado Springs locations and options in Ogden, Utah, and in an unspecified third city. A five-person contingent led by USA Cycling chief executive officer Steve Johnson toured Ogden facilities last month. No other visits are planned, USA Cycling spokesman Andy Lee said, adding that Ogden and Colorado Springs "are the two that are furthest along in the process. Maurice Duquette lost his bid before the Supreme Court of Canada this week to retract his guilty plea for prescribing erythropoietin. Duquette now faces penalties from the Quebec College of Physicians for prescribing the banned substance to 11 patients, including Jeanson.
