Colombian climber Cesar Grajales of the Athens-based Jittery Joe’s team won one for the homeboys on Saturday, and our man Casey Gibson was on the scene as Grajales, race leader Lance Armstrong (U.S. Postal Service-Berry Floor), second-placed Jens Voigt (CSC) and defending champion Chris Horner (Webcor Builders) fought for every steep yard along the climb to the highest point in Georgia.
