Inside Triathlon Associate Publisher

Inside Triathlon seeks Associate Publisher for national syndicated magazine. Successful candidate would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising strategy, from a business, sales and marketing perspective. Develops budget and projections for advertising. Initiates and manages discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies. Manages the development of sales marketing materials, including media kits, reader survey and specific issue promotions. Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in magazine publishing. Must be familiar with Internet business models and technologies. Knowledge of outdoor sports market/industry, specifically multisport, a plus.
