Biography

Valverde, “the green bullet,” has been a dominant figure at the top of professional cycling since 2003. He is one of the very rare specimens who can climb with the best mountain goats and sprint with the best speedsters. Thus, he has made the final podium at the Vuelta a España and the world road championships numerous times.
