Biography
Devolder’s career has come full circle. He began racing in 2001 as a stagiaire with Mapei-Quick Step. He then raced for Vlaanderen-T Interim (2002-2003) and U.S. Postal/Discovery Channel (2004-2007) before returning to Quick Step for 2008.
